Cancellation Policy

Simple & Direct Appointment Policy. To ensure every business gets the dedicated attention it deserves, please note the following for all Annual Renewals, Mobile, and Internet Consultations: Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment. This allows me to help another business owner in that time slot. Punctuality: Time is your most valuable asset. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure we have enough time for a full review of your services. Preparation: To get the most out of our session, please have a copy of your most recent Comcast Business bill or account information ready. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. A reminder will be sent 24 hours before our scheduled time. Let’s get to work.
